For new starters, please wear PE kit for your first class- the coach will size you up and order a judo kit for the following class.
This class is for children in middle school, years 3 to 5
The class will be centred on learning the fundamentals of judo, gymnastic exercises and learning animal movements to improve strength and mobility.
Children in this class will progress onto more advanced techniques and do their belt gradings, every 6 months in general.
Classes will be taught in a fun and safe environment.
